Timesetup() not working in V2

Otherwise if you leave it out Time() works OK

- Thu Apr 07, 2016 8:41 am #45042 If you want a workaround: user filemanager to add a file /data/TimeZone.dat. Edit it and place you offset number of hours for your timezone in it. Save and reboot device.
Daylightsayving did not work with the same trick (/data/DaylightSavings.dat, 0=true for daylightsaving)
