"File write println failed" shown on USB while "Site shows saved" on browser.

I am trying to port over the great work done by Electroguard onto the newer Sonoff modules with 1mg in them and I can't get very far if I get these errors and I don't understand them.
By the way, the flash chip is a Windbond 25Q80BVS1G which is 8m bit. It doesn't look to difficult to change the flash chip out in favor for a 32m bit device ..... will try that later.

I have re-booted the Windoze10 PC a couple of time and in and out of Termite (serial monitor) and have the Sonoff module powered by 3.3v supply so I can re-start it by power-cycling instead of un-plugging the USB.

Any guidance would be appreciated - still learning this animal........

It turns out that Windoze 10 and their hot new browser can give unreliable commands to this environment.
Problem solved when switched over to Chrome.
