That's what I had to do in the end. However, it didn't end there!
Windows 10 seems to keep a cache of network connections, IP addresses etc and, even after I had completely formatted and reinstalled the ESP, it still wouldn't connect. I had to use netsh to remove the information from the system before I could get a connection.
Now all sorted, I am pleased to say!
