My problem was that I was unable to get proper serial response from the ESP12E and i think i found the cause. The module was powered with 3.3v vcc but i provided the tx and rx of the module with rx and tx ( 5v i guess) comming from CP2102 and that maybe messed up the module. I just think this might be the problem not sure though. Also i bought another module from local store, this time ESP01 (things aren't cheap in India ). Yes be careful NOT to use 5V with the ESP module.
They are NOT 5V tolerant and you can damage them.
