- Tue Jul 14, 2015 1:23 am #23203 I am trying to communicate ESP12 to USB via MM232R of FTDI. I have connected the module in 3.3V format and also have connected 3.3V to the module VCC. The Blue LED just blinks and stops, after some time the module turns warm, I also tried to communicate via AT command set but no response I have tried from baud rates 9600 to 115200. I have connected CH_PD, GPIO0 and GPIO2 to VCC(3.3V) and GPIO15 to GND.
If i use LM317 to have 3.3V the module doesnt turn warm but the LED blinks and stops again no response via COMDEBUG.
I have tried AT<CR><LF> as command expecting reply as OK
Please let me know what is the problem

I have connected CH_PD, GPIO0 and GPIO2 to VCC(3.3V) and GPIO15 to GND.

Don't connect gpio's directly to + or ground, use resistors.
