Getting access to the internet through someones wifi without knowing the password (if wifi is not open) is virtually impossible, since the wifi router will simply not accept any packets from your device. But this goes for all devices not just ESP modules.
If you can explain in more detail what it is you want to do maybe we can be of more assistance.
