Sorry, i did not see your post before placing my last message.

I use a prebuild pcb with 4 relais ( cost 2,50 euro ).
I'm planning to make a pcb that would be a plugin board for this relais board.
From the tests i did it would be possible to create a module with 4 opto isolated inputs
and 4 relais outputs.
This would be a nice generic module for my purposes.

the link for a picture of the module is http://www.selloutsoon.com/albums/ebay/ ... G_0058.JPG

I dont have a schematics, only in my head ;-)
But i have a pcb (see attachment), google for a sprintlayout viewer, company is Abacom.

The importand thing is always a good power supply !

Hi, I have the same opto-isolated relays as @Bydatasung. When I connect a 220v light, then the module restarts randomly.
It wold be very nice if you can share pictures of your circuits, or list the components and connections you use.

Thanks!

#11444 I had problems with the device resetting when driving a relay that was switching 240volt load. Module was the one with 2 rows of 4 pins, it would reset occasionally when relay was closed, and often when it was subsequentially opened. Pulling the reset up with 10k resistor to Vcc and down with 100n capacitor to ground seemed to help somewhat. A 10n capacitor between Vcc and ground, mounted on the directly on the board's pins solved the problem once and for all.

Hope the helps, Cheers,

#11446 I tried battery power, a 10000 mah USB battery pack to a 1117 regulator, but it made no difference. But after several hours of messing with it I swapped in another -01 module an it worked. Looks like I have a bad module.
