Just power it with your ATX PS, and wire the relay boards.
You might have to desolder and remove the LEDs (or cut their traces) so they don't eat power from the relay board.

That might work, but you'd better ask the seller if it can be operated with a 3.3V microcontroller instead of a 5V one.
