It seems that with more sensors and the greater line length there is not enough power.

(But of course, on software side, it is a bit more complex since you need to cut that supply before receiving the data)

I have 7 DS18B20 sensors in different parts of the house.
I would like to replace Arduino for ESP8266.
Any idea?

Yes. Buy 7 ESP8266's.

(Ok, just kidding. It's cool that people think it's good value as just a microcontroller)
