If you still got problems (after you fix the CH_PD lapsus) you could try to break the connection between DQ and GPIO0 during bootup, just to see if the esp boots normally.
If that 'fixes' it the problem is likely the DS180D20 that causes the esp to enter flash mode, i.e. GPIO0 is drawn low the first, but crucial, milliseconds of power-up.

I have tried to give it power, but then the ESP power led stop glowing at all.

I just tested an esp-1 with just Vcc and Gnd connected, the red power led is holding steady (blue TX - not even one flash)
This indicates you have a power issue. What does your voltmeter say?
