Apologies for the newbie question.
The SDK User manual from Expressif Systems gives you a link to the Starter Guide, but this just seems to take you to a forum page:
The user starter guide can be found at: http://bbs.espressif.com/viewforum.php?f=21
The document also makes mention of the 'ESP_FLASH_DOWNLOAD Tool' but I can not see this in the zip file.
