Over the last week I've been playing Cesanta Mongoose on FreeRTOS running on ESP8266. Took a bit to get going but, once done, it seems to work exactly as advertized.

I post this in case others out there may also be looking at Mongoose integration and now we have a thread to start chatting and share assistance and experience as needed.
