I would like to create a small data logger that I would leave in my area of a community garden. The issue is I want it to be able to collect data and upload it to something like Dataspeak, but there is no open internet for it to access.
Because of this I was wondering if anyone knew how I would go about having my NodeMCU record data every say hour and add it to a queue. Then when I visit the garden I would enable my phones hotspot and the NodeMCU could connect and upload its data for me to review and track over the entire growing season.
Is this possible or is that another easy way to go about recording the data?
