This weekend I've fried both my ESP01, ESP03 and breadboad PSU (and maybe the wall brick)
While testing with arduino only, a few days back, I changed the PSU jumper to 5v (and thought to myself: "you better remember to put it back to 3.3v...") - of course i forgot to put it back on 3,3v again...
I had both ESPs powered and they worked (well, they were alive) during a few hours in the morning and another few in the afternoon until I heard something popping and some smoke...
I have two spare ESP01 that came this week but now I have to make a 3,3v PSU.
The weird thing is the ESPs being alive for a few hours before dying (and taking the PSU with them)
