As long as the Chinese do not give the specification to the input of ADC to use it for accurate measurement impossible.

If I need ADC in the future, I will probably use instead the MCP3004, MCP3008, MCP3021 or MCP3421, this will avoid the issue the internal ADC is also inaccurate during the Wifi activities.

Measurement of noise at the input to the ADC (the ADC sampling frequency of 20 kHz, 47k to GND, + send data via UDP).
ADC data without shift/and and is 14-bit.
