#62453 I had one D1 mini (out of many) where one of the GPIO pins wasn't working properly. I resoldered the appropriate pad of the daughter module, and it started working. Quick and easy so may be worth a try.

have you try program it with another usb serial like FTDI?

Yes I did, I connected TX with RX and RX with TX without success (same error).

You mean to solder the ESP8266 to the board?
