given how popular these things are you would think thats easy right?
well seeing as everyone and their dog are scrambling to put their own firmwares out or altered variants it certainly doesnt help anyone trying to get on with these.
i have not got a clue how to use python or lua or any of the other language types that people quickly start spewing at you straight away thinking everybody knows these languages and how to use them.
i was hoping to put the esp basic ontheir but my 512k memory laden esp 03 wont even give me a hoot after flashing obviously that means that i need to look at one of the many now spiralling out of control variants of the AT firmwares to pair my module with one of my pic microcontrollers.
now trying to find a suitable current firmware and then to boot find an AT command set that actually doesnt either give me constant errors after sending a command or seem to be stuck in echo mode regardless is a nightmare.
i have tried V0.9.5 works but i cant find any AT command pdfs that will let me use more than a handfull of commands as i cant find many even using the V0.9.5.2 firmware that keeps sending me errors no matter what command set i come across and try.
their is now too much info floating around and its getting messy and impossible for new users to navigate and not feel like they need to go crazy.
until i can get the esp basic on a different or eventually this one where can i find an AT firmware WITH a correct AT command set??
i have donloaded and flashed this damn thing so many times and now have a file folder ridiculously full of all sorts of firmwares and such that just dont seem to correlate together
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!
so can someone point me in the direction of something "complete" with respect to an at firmware and a correct and matching document to do more than just check my version or reset or echo back that doesnt want to turn off.
