- Sat Feb 28, 2015 3:09 pm #10999 I first downloaded a original source version from Arduino.cc and compiled it using their info on "http://code.google.com/p/arduino/wiki/BuildingArduino" and it worked perfect. After testing the self built Arduino IDE i downloaded the source from "https://github.com/igrr/Arduino/tree/esp8266" and gave it a try. Oops. Errors and the built App won't run. Tried to find out the errors but failed due to less info.
Also had a look at the presentation and tried to get the compiled Beta Version. But omly received the answer "Cannot GET /arduino-1.5.9-macosx-signed.zip". Trying other links in the presentation also failed, even the mail addressrd failed.. So i am left a bit in the dark.
I have a bad feeling that in reality nothing works because i never saw anybody taking about it. Maybe i am wrong.
BTW i am working on a MAC with YOSEMITE..
Did anyone else had more luck?
