I have now over 10 ESP03/12 work in 230V switch units, they work 100% stable.
I use sdk 9.2 and a good power supply (Recom 3,3V 900mA).

Could you share please your schematics?
I`m trying to switch 220v lights with relays and the module resets sometimes when the lights goes on

Holger, looks as if this is not a lost case.
Do you use solid state relais?
My setup uses mechanical relais.
