If we explain to them exactly what is happening, maybe they can fix it. Best would be a picture of the current draw -- like get the boot current draw on a scope and then make a picture of it.

I can tell them but I am SW guy, better if hardware guy clearly describes problem to them.

This is insane -- it is cellular based.

I have been doing lots of testing to see what the basic behaviour is....
