Trying to install the IDE on Windows.
I can select the ESP8266 from Preference->Board Manager->ESP 8266-> Install
But the install fails to fetch the following file win32-xtensa-lx106-elf-gb404fb9.tar.gz
I have the same problem trying to access that file 'by hand'
http://arduino.esp8266.com/win32-xtensa ... fb9.tar.gz

Some broken link?

With Additional Board Manager URL http://arduino.esp8266.com/package_esp8 ... index.json

Attempts to install esp8266 board provides a version option of 1.6.4-627-g39469f6 which fails with 404 file not found

Error downloading http://arduino.esp8266.com/linux64-xten ... fb9.tar.gz

Any thoughts appreciated.
