Yep, try this to find this.

The second link you've provided is not a SPI Flash chip, it is a SPI FRAM chip, completely different things.

Misreading the number from the photo perhaps, i did wonder? Can you read it and provide a better link?

Beware that some ESPs have bigger flash too... So, the above are found on the most common ones.
