Shipping was free for me to South Africa from their Aliexpress shop.
I get a number of hits for other Aliexpress shops that already stock it - Maybe one of them can offer You better shipping rates.

You're lucky ! For Canada, they charge US$28, so 3 times the price of the board.

I get a number of hits for other Aliexpress shops that already stock it - Maybe one of them can offer You better shipping rates.

Doing search again, I got some with free shipping. Strange, they were not there this morning with same search keywords.
