Should not be GPIO15 on page 25 on the ground?

It is mentioned "GPIO 15 Should be low on boot and flash.", which is correct.
As a best practice, it is always better to use pullup/pulldown GPIOs thru resistors, not directly to VCC/GND, since those pins can be initialized as output and therefore producing a short.
