thanks for answering. I have checked both directly and through resistor! but I have got the same result.

thanks to answer. if you mean RESET pin, i have checked it by 10k pullup and 6.8k pull up and no connection and connect directly to 3.3v but in all of them I didn't see any difference in module operation.

#31926 the problem solved by using old firmware! so, I'm sure that the problem is from firmware. if you know a good and updated firmware tell me! or give me some ways to find the source of my firmware and how to develop and modify it!
may be I can release my version or develop my own firmwares !

At last this is a common problem in this version. if anyone has it try to change it to solve reset problem.

#32182 I had the same issue with SDK programing. Problem disappeared when applying : wifi_set_phy_mode(PHY_MODE_11B);

If you are using AT cmd infterface, not sure if you can change this.

Otherwise put your wireless router in B mode only.
