Can you provide some specifics....LCD controller...which esp8266 IDE ... which language C lua etc. are relays driven directly from an esp8266 pin?

Would really like to knock up one of those controllers, I do have an ST display here no touch but have been looking in to using the xr2046 type touch as there is just about enough pins to support it and SPI for the display on an ESP12.

What TFT did you use and what was your solution for the touch screen.
