P.S. Actually the humidity sensor should be placed away from humidifier. Otherwise desired humidity level may be maintained only in the local area nearby. I put everything close together show all required components.

#37526 Excellent Write up and well documented. I am a new user to the ESP8266 and this looks like an excellent project to learn from.
