Hello there,
i'm pretty new to this hardware programming stuff. Unfortunately I'm facing some strange behaviour while getting response of the ESP8266.
The ESP is connected to a Arduino UNO. Im using the example sketch "software serial " and connected the ESP as described in many tutorials in the web.
It looks like the ESP is booting in a normal way but as soon as I'm starting the serial monitor the output looks really strange. I attached the output of the monitor to this topic . I believe there is some kind of encoding error because changing the baud rate doesn't help.
