Didn't work with resistor. It either doesn't enter into boot mode with higher value resistor or causes a hang in a raspberry pi with lower value resistor.
I tried with native SDK compiled binaries in another chip and it works fine. This problem occurs only with arduino compiled (+ esptool-ck via raspberrypi) only.
