#41254 This seems to be one of the issues related to a specific brad/model of the host so it's a bit hard to spot.
First of all let me tell I don't have the means to replicate this issue since I don't have any Samsung devices on my hand. I'm merely announcing what two of the people I've sent my device to have observed. The more severe but related issue has been firstly reported to me in the summer of 2015. SDK was 1.2.0 and later 1.3.0. The issue at that time was a Samsung device was periodically loosing UDP packets sent from AP for a few seconds (1.2.0). In the second instance (1.3.0) everything was fine as long as non troublesome devices were connected to the AP, but as soon as e.g. Samsung S6 was connected, every other host started loosing UDP packets sent from the AP.

I recently updated to SDK 1.5.0 and luckily the guy with Samsung S6 reported the issue is gone but another minor issue arose. Now every time he connects or disconnects one Samsung host (S4 or S6) the other host looses UDP packets for a few seconds. As far as I understood the other host stays connected, just no packets are received. Since the connection of a new host happens very rarely it is not that problematic.

I have a Wifi USB dongle and a tablet with Android 4.4 to test my device and I have never observed the issues described by the Samsung owners.
I can't really tell if this is exclusively related to some of the Samsung phones, other devices might suffer from the same issue as well. I have borrowed and tested HTC, latest iPhone and Samsung Ace (2.3.4) phones and it was OK.

Anyway I just wanted to share this with you to check if someone observed similar problems...

Mat
