I've just look those Croduino : quite expensive compare to WemosD1Mini, about 5x the price ...

Yes, you were right. I used GPIO0 as input with a pulldown resistor....
Changed my sketch and now it acts as output and works ok. But I'm thinking of not using that pin and avoid future problems.
Also RX and TX gave me problems.
