Check your wiring again !
After successful upload, did you put back the GPIO0 in HIGH state (PullUp) to allow Execute mode ?

Flash :
- rst -> 3.3
- wifi -> 3.3
- vcc -> 3.3
- gnd -> gnd
- gpio15 -> gnd
- gpio2 -> 3.3
- gpio0 -> gnd
- fx -> rx
- rx -> fx

Normal :
- rst -> 3.3
- wifi -> 3.3
- vcc -> 3.3
- gnd -> gnd
- gpio15 -> gnd
- gpio2 -> 3.3
- gpio0 -> 3.3
- fx -> rx
- rx -> fx

I wire ftdi gnd to gnd too.

I use Wifi Scan from arduino esp8266 example.
