Is it possible to install the latest firmware (v1.5.2) on an ESP board with a 512KB flash memory?
I've been trying to do it with the Espressif flash downloader tool, using the settings that the tool suggests in its 'tooltip' (see attached).
However, the module doesn't boot after I flash with these settings.
I tried using the 'Combine Bin' button in this flash downloader tool, and suspiciously got a file that was bigger than 512MB. Perhaps the 'tooltip' is out of date, and refers to something you can't achieve with the latest firmware?
Attached is a screenshot of the settings I came up with.
I am wondering if there is a single combined bin file anywhere that contains the "best most recent" AT firmware that will fit on a 512KB module.
