It worked perfectly with my mac and huzzah. I did have to pull down a driver to get my mac to see the board but once I had that, I had mqtt up and running in minutes.

Failed to write to target Flash after seq 34 (got result 0x1, 0x7)

i used a USB-to-serial FT232RL like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/381374421597

then i replaced the USB-to-serial to the other one exactly the same type, and it worked.
