ESP8266 Community Forum

In the arduino boards I chose the Generic ESP8266 Module with 115200 baud rate. I tried to upload the following code, but everytime it stucks on the Uploading with the following errors:


What can I do to fix it?
I switched the RX and TX and make sure that the VCC is connected to 3.3V.

- Mon Mar 28, 2016 1:18 pm #44195 I take it's an Uno you're working with. The ESP is working on the same hardware serial line as the one you use to upload new code. This causes problems. Try to pull the RX and TX pins and upload.

- Mon Mar 28, 2016 1:22 pm #44196 I take that you're working with the Uno. It only has one hardware UART, so you are using the same for communicating with ESP as you're for uploading new code. This can will cause problems. Try pulling out the RX and TX lines and reupload
