When you run the flasher it should create a folder in the same directory called build in the same directory as the flasher.

- Wed Apr 06, 2016 4:02 am #44943 Sadly did all that - found the directory structure, made a new one under c:\users\pete\basic - got the new 4M file - cleaned then flashed and still it sits in a loop on power up..

Possibly give the unstable version a try.
