#45573 I have a ESP12E on a custom PCB that had been working fine up to now. Now whenever I try to flash the ESP it seems to flash it fine until it gets to the end and then it seems to crash and the blue LED stays on. Booting up in normal mode and looking at the output over serial gives the following error:

Fatal exception (0):

epc1=0x402241dc, epc2=0x00000000, epc3=0x00000000, excvaddr=0x00000000, depc=0x0
0000000

I have been reading other posts where people have had this issue but it seems others have had issues with not using the correct pullups or power source issues. I don't believe I have these problems, as it was all working fine for weeks.

Could it be the flash is broken? It's strange that it's at the end of flashing at the point it would normally reset that it freezes. I have even tried the simple blink sketch and have the same issue.
