Liberty basic (50$)
Just basic (free but less features than liberty)
Liberty basic booster (free compiler for liberty basic programs)

It is liberty basic that esp basic in modeled on. Liberty basic was modeld on qbasic plus addition of gui type stuff that is expreamly simple.

I higly sugest any one of these. The flasher for esp8266 basic is compiled using liberty basic booster.

I'm more and more finding myself thinking 'wouldn't it be handy if I could do so-and-so on the offline script with this-or-that utility"... so perhaps it's about time I started trying to do something about it.
