Any possibility to implement to get "static IP" whenever connected to WIFI Router using SSID and PWD?

AT+CIPSTA="192.168.1.100" - this does the job.

You can use the IP for AP or STA modes as far as I am aware.

Look at version 3.8 it is there.

IDK if you were referring to something different as far as AT commands but in what you speak of is already possible maybe not in the manner you prefer?

You can add it in your software or just use the settings page get the latest firmware off the 3.0 branch.
