It has all pins broken out, also tout (aka ADC input).

ESP-07 has also all the pins available, or not?

The difference is, I think, the antenna: one has a ceramic antenna, and the other as a PCB traced one.

Is ESP-12 any better than ESP-07?

ESP-12 has 16 pins instead of 14 pins for ESP-07.
But take notes that some sellers advertizing ESP-07 with 16 pins, it is quite an ESP-12 but with ceramic antenna as the ESP-07.

Your right if the ESP-07 has only 14pins.
But if the module has 16 pins, either if seller called it ESP-07 or ESP-12, it has ESP-12 pinout and ADC is provided (as seen on the silkscreen of my modules just received yesterday).
