- Sun Aug 14, 2016 8:56 am #52923 Well guys it is now complete, OTA programming via a system on my server, autonomous control by other devices on my network via my IoT platform (https://iot.techbubbletechnologies.com) and controllable via my Artificial Intelligence agent TOA, (https://ai.techbubbletechnologies.com).

Here is the video of my controlling the device with my AI if you want to check it out Thanks to everyone that helped get this going, nearly gave up many times lol.

- Wed Sep 26, 2018 1:46 pm #78404 I like to use a 150 ohm resistor in series with the gate to protect the ESP8266 in case of MOSFET failure. As mentioned, a 100k from gate to ground to endure cutoff. I use a 2N7000 MOSFET to drive the relay coil, and a 1N4148 diode across the relay coil to handle flyback.
