I need to know if there is any way I can set proxy for the Access Point (apart from the mandatory ssid and password) to which I want my ESP8266 module to connect in station mode running Nodemcu firmware.

For the connection that ESP8266 module has made with the Access Point I need to set LAN's proxy server address and port for connecting to internet just like, if needed, it is set it in Windows/Linux for the wireless or wired connections.
