#57433 Same problem here, ESP-07, a LED on GPIO5. LED is switched off before going to sleep but it comes back on dimly when it's actually sleeping. Same thing happened with the tiny blue LED on the module which I believe is connected to GPIO1 (UART Tx).

#58960 Same Problem here. I'm using ESP8266-12E and use GPIO14 as control for a motor driver. As soon as the esp goes into deepsleep a small voltage develops on the motor driver input and starts the motor. Pretty high power consumption for deep sleep :roll:. I'm going to try with a pull-down resistor. Not the best solution, but acceptable for me if it works.
