Hmm, and what about to do it by Yourself (or at least to try to do it) instead of asking somebody else to do what You want?

I didn't Mean to Put a Work on Somebody But the Problem is That i Don't know Deep Framework Languages . Therefore Asked the Community. I Tried a Bit While Looking into PHP Interpreters But No Solution.

But you can look at MicroPython instead ...

So show us what You've got so far - maybe I can help You because I do have a small PHP interpreter for STM32 family (actually STM2F205, written in GCC), but I can't open source it...
