I was trying to update the firmware from custom build https://nodemcu-build.com/index.php to support the dht temp sensor.
Unfortunately after update nothing happends - my esp12e starts atfter flashing but after comes in some kind of loop so the blue led is blinking all the time, and on the terminal connected to the esp it shows some random texts, strings....
what can it be, what is wrong? Is there a way to update the esp for dht support as well as lua language.

- Sun Sep 25, 2016 4:41 pm #55692 Garbage text and blinking LED are typical symptoms of an incomplete flash upgrade.
Flashing (and especially upgrading) the firmware is explained here in detail:

unfortunately, the recommended ways to flash the fw didn't helped much. The only one gain is that now it doesn't show the random chars but a timeout while communication while connecting with ESplorer:
Communication with MCU..Waiting answer from ESP - Timeout reached. Command aborted.
