When I connect this shild with UNO, I can not find the right board to select.

I would like to know how I can connect directly to a computer.
If there is no choice I will work without Arduino.
But this board is designed to connect and work with the Arduino,
So why not take advantage of this option?

You right, it looks like regular module, but when I connect with UNO, I can not find the right board to select.

If your using an UNO then select uno. This seems like its just a shield . On google it looked like there was some talk about the switches on the shield.
Or you can program directly to the module using arduino ide.
