I think they not have another activities and still scan networks

You can try five methods to simple crypt ssid/pass
eg. every ssid chars +1 and pass -1 or something like this

is really a lot of possibilities

I don't have any ready solution,
but for eg You can replace inside pass big chars with small and viceversa
and even digits to closest odd and viceversa or something like this
