- Tue Dec 30, 2014 5:49 pm #5991 Not sure why you would need that much space, but the Espressif data sheet I have says you can use up to 128M flash. That would be 16MB! If you're looking for a direct replacement, though, I think that 16Mb is the largest that you can get in the SOIC-150mil package.

You do know that you can load firmware starting at 10000h instead of 40000h? That gives you 6c000h or 442k for code!
