I'd personally just use a WiFi router as the ESP8266 really struggles with routing packets between clients. My hardware above will do what you're after for the receivers but I haven't implemented any code for DMX to ArtNet and don't plan to. Most recent consoles will output ArtNet so I don't deem it necessary.
