I checked with :
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/http://arduino.esp8266.com/package_esp8266com_index.json and is not only me.

Any installing method fails: the normal method (Preferences - Boards manager link) and even the manual installation, because get.py has anyway to go to arduino.esp8266.com in order to download "...xtensa-lx106-elf-gb404fb9-2.tar.gz".

So, I'm in trouble because of this. Any suggestion? Is there a way to have a COMPLETE package able to install the Board Package in Arduino IDE WITHOUT DOWNLOADING OTHER STUFF FROM THE NET... an offline installation?
